1. Warranty Coverage
HXToolbox provides a 12-Month Limited Warranty for all eligible products purchased from our website, effective from the original date of purchase.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper installation.
Warranty coverage applies to products including, but not limited to:

2. Warranty Benefits
If a product is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, HXToolbox may, at its sole discretion, provide one of the following remedies:
- Replacement parts at no additional cost
- Product replacement with the same or an equivalent item
- Partial refund
- Full refund (where applicable)
The appropriate solution will be determined based on the nature of the defect and product availability.
3. Warranty Claim Requirements
To submit a warranty claim, customers must provide:
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice)
- Order number
- Product model or SKU
- Vehicle make, model, and year (if applicable)
- Clear photos or videos showing the defect or failure
- A detailed description of the issue
Additional information may be requested to assist with the warranty assessment.
4. Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover damage or failures resulting from:
- Incorrect installation or improper use
- Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or alterations
- Normal wear and tear, aging, cosmetic scratches, dents, or surface corrosion
- Accidents, collisions, abuse, misuse, or overloading
- Incorrect vehicle fitment or purchasing the wrong part
- Lack of proper maintenance
- Exposure to chemicals, fire, flooding, saltwater, or other environmental factors
- Damage caused during customer handling, transportation, or return shipping
- Custom-made products, special-order items, or clearance products unless required by applicable consumer law
5. Shipping Costs for Warranty Claims
If a warranty claim is approved and the product is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect, HXToolbox will cover the shipping cost for sending the replacement product to the customer.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning products for warranty inspection unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
HXToolbox recommends using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.
6. Warranty Validity
This warranty:
- Is valid only for the original purchaser.
- Is non-transferable.
- Applies only to products purchased directly from HXToolbox or its authorized sales channels.
The warranty will become void if:
- The product has been modified or repaired by an unauthorized person.
- The serial number, identification label, or warranty mark has been removed, altered, or damaged.
- The product has been used in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HXToolbox shall not be liable for:
- Installation or labor costs
- Vehicle downtime
- Loss of income or business
- Rental vehicle expenses
- Towing charges
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or failure of the product
Our maximum liability under this warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.
Nothing in this Warranty Policy excludes or limits any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
